1. Area/Square Footage/Space: Official "finished square footage" of entire building at 29 Lighthouse Street is 4,328 SF (402.1 m²). Lot size is 3,859 SF (358.5 m² or 0.08859 acres). So the floor/area ration "FAR" is 1.12. Unit #1 is 1,850 SF & Unit #2 is 2,150 SF for a total of 4,000 SF (finished space, not including garages). The remaining 328 SF of finished space is evidently the common area hallway/stairway areas.
2. Local Internet/TV service providers include Charter/Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable) and Frontier (formerly Verizon).
3. Courtesy Amenities are provided on an "as-is" condition with maintenance to be conducted & paid for by resident/tenant. Operability of these courtesy amenity items shall be verified during first week of occupancy. Please carefully review Lease Agreement for specific details before signing.
